A virtual event dedicated to transcatheter treatment strategies for coronary and structural heart disease.

Overview

Radcliffe Cardiology is delighted to announce that Transcatheter Interventions Online (TIO) will return for 2023 on 15 – 17 March 2023, led by the course director, Prof Nicolas Van Mieghem from Erasmus MC, Rotterdam, NL.

TIO brings together leading international faculty to create a rich, interactive experience to keep the global interventional cardiology community abreast of the latest developments in transcatheter treatment strategies. Combining expert opinion and discussion, presentations, and live cases from centres on both sides of the Atlantic, TIO 2023 will deliver best-in-class learning, supporting the latest in diagnosis, treatment strategies and patient management.

Join us for three days, each with a distinct educational focus:

  • Expert opinion and discussion from international thought-leaders
  • Live cases from leading global centres
  • Free to view and easy to access
  • Symposia and breakouts
  • Opportunity to interact with a global audience
  • Get your questions answered during live cases and presentations

*Transcatheter Interventions Online 2023 has been accredited by the European Board for Accreditation of Continuing Education for Health Professionals (EBAC) for 11 CME points, equating to 11 hours of learning. Physicians may convert EBAC External CME credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Day 1
  • Compare the utility of repair and replacement valve technology in mitral regurgitation.
  • Individualise valve choice for aortic regurgitation based on valve durability and patient features.

Day 2
  • Evaluate emerging approaches to the treatment of complex left main and other coronary bifurcation lesions.
  • Recall the utility and limitations of specialty balloons.

Day 3
  • Discuss the impact of PCI on top of optimal medical therapy in ischaemic left ventricular systolic dysfunction.
  • Identify suitable patients for interatrial shunting.
  • Discuss the merits of alternative antiplatelet strategies to DAPT in ACS and CCS following PCI.
